My favorite kid's clothing is the kind that mimics grown up fashion, but with a playful twist. A nice pair of cords and a warm wool sweater in a grown up color palette with zero cutesy appliques. Tees with fun, but cerebral illustrations (aka Atsuyo et Aikiko). This was of course a big part of the inspiration behind my shop. Which by the way I'm still working on. After a few weeks of otherworldly morning sickness. Hyperemesis, that's another post entirely. I got back on track. Now I spend about 9 hours a day retouching photos. The photos and a few more tweaks here and there and I can finally launch. Finally. It's taken so much longer than expected but at least I can see light at the end of the tunnel. Kind of...
